Pender West is a significant shareholder of Premium Brands Holdings Corporation, a Toronto Stock Exchange publicly listed company.
Premium Brands acquired 100% of Harlan Fairbanks Co. Ltd. ("Harlan's") in early 2005. Harlan was a privately owned Pender West portfolio company before being sold into Premium Brands. Harlan is a leading distributor of concessionary food products and related equipment in Western Canada.
Premium Brands owns a broad range of leading specialty food manufacturing and differentiated food distribution businesses with operations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, Washington State and Nevada. The Company services over 26,000 customers and its family of brands and businesses include Grimm's, Harvest, McSweeney's, Bread Garden Express, Hygaard, Hempler's, Quality Fast Foods, Gloria's Best of Fresh, Harlan Fairbanks, Creekside Bakehouse, Centennial Foodservice, B&C Foods, Shahir, Duso's Fine Foods, Maximum Seafood, SK Food Group, OvenPride, Hub City Fisheries, Audrey's, Deli Chef, Hamish & Enzo and Piller's.

Dinoflex is a leading manufacturer specializing in two distinct segments:
Recycled rubber flooring and roofing products: and
Custom polyurethane blending.
The Companies' recycled rubber products are sold under the Dinoflex brand name and include rubber tile flooring, play-ground tiles, pavers, specialty products and accessories for green Roofs. Products are in-use throughout the world in various commercial and retail applications, sporting and athletic facilities, walkways and patios, play-grounds and day care centres.
The Companies' polyurethane blending business operates under the International Polyurethane Systems (IPS) brand name and produces polyurethane binders used in rubber molded products, cork, wood lamination and stone coatings. IPS also produces coatings, and soft and hard foam products for a variety of applications.

Overland Container Transportation Services (“OCTS”) is Alberta's largest intermodal drayage and container storage company.
Founded in 1991, OCTS works with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and direct customers and producers to ensure on-time pick-up, delivery and safe storage and handling of international cargo containers for import and export in Western Canada.
OCTS operates two facilities located in Edmonton and one in Calgary, AB.

CANADA FILM CAPITAL CORPORATION
CFC provides tax credit administration and financing services to US and other foreign producers by providing effortless access to Canadian tax credit funds. Tapp is the leading label and packaging systems supplier to the North American wine industry. The company's principal customers are commercial wineries on the US West Coast with the majority of them being located in Northern California. Tapp has won numerous national and international awards for excellence in wine labels utilizing a full range of brand solutions including three distinct printing and packaging platforms: Waterless Offset Lithography, Flexography and Digital Offset.
Tapp operates two manufacturing facilities located in Vancouver, B.C. and Napa, California.
